Research/InternshipsJohnson & Johnson Medtech Marketing & Sales Operations Extern (Summer 2025) I’ll be driving projects at the intersection of marketing analytics, sales operations, and healthcare innovation. My work will focus on optimizing go-to-market strategies, supporting AI-integrated sales platforms, and building scalable tools to enhance rep performance and patient outcomes. Blue Modern Advisory Chief of Staff (Dec 2024 – Present) Designed an AI-powered content automation system that boosted engagement by 40% and scaled content output 300x, cutting manual effort by 90% and increasing SaaS client conversion. UConsulting Project Manager (2024–Present) Client: Johnson & Johnson MedTech: Led a 7-person team integrating GenAI into sales platforms, saving 11K+ hours/month and driving a 60% increase in rep adoption through a change management plan and pilot onboarding system. Client: Dow Jones (Winter 2025): Designed a pricing strategy backed by 300+ survey responses and customer personas, improving monetization for Smart Money’s digital products. Client: LinkedIn (Fall 2024): Identified major UX friction points via 300+ surveys and 11 interviews; proposed Figma wireframes to restructure video feeds and increase user retention by 30–35%. Movn Health Clinical Operations Intern Built 14+ market expansion playbooks and led outreach in 3 states, helping accelerate Movn’s partnerships with major healthcare systems like the VA and Allegheny Health Network. |
